Terms & Conditions of Himachal Tour and Treks applicable on all customers.
Cost Exclusions:
=> ASI & entrance fees for all monuments / sightseeing places.
=> Any air/train fare.
=> Items of a personal nature -i.e. drinks, laundry, tips & gratuities, still/video camera fees at monuments or any items not specified under inclusions.
Booking:
=> Booking confirmation with 30% advance deposit for all facilities / categories.
=> Booking confirmation subject cheque realization or payment reflection in our account.
=> Booking will be validated only within specified period or time limit.
=> Himachal Tour and Treks reserves total rights to cancel any booking in advent of unwanted or unpredictable situations like road blockage, strikes etc.
Cancellation Policy:
=> All cancellations are to be communicated in writing and will attract a sum of INR 2000.00 minimum. Besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour.
=> 10% of booking amount will be charged for cancellation with 7 days.
=> 50% of the booking amount will be charged if cancellation after 7 days.
=> No refunds after 5 days of booking period.
TAXI BOOKING TERMS
Advance Booking:
=> All taxi services and bookings are confirmed with advance token of at least 40% of total tour cost. Balance to be paid to CAB assistant in installments while on tour and before completion of tour.
=> Cost Includes:
=> Vehicle at disposal (8Am -7PM) for mutually agreed taxi tour Itineraries & covers all Driver allowance, Fuel, Parking, Toll Tax, Interstate Taxes.
Cost does not Include:
Any Guide / Entrance fees to monuments, any personal expenses not covered in the Itineraries & Any item which is not specified above. Additional Taxes if any, applicable as per government rules!
Important Note:
=> Price may change due to any increase in Fuel Price or Changes in Government Tax Regulations/ Toll Etc. We Reserve right to cancel our services if doubts like fake Identity Proofs/Insensitive Behavior with Cab Drivers/Threats /National Security measures are not Dealt accordingly.
